Audit, Site Visits and Reporting
Crimewave can produce a Crime and Security management guide (SOP) giving clear company-wide auditable standards to support building managers in ensuring security is maintained.
These guides can be used by property teams as a guide and reference point and audited regularly by Crimewave consultants to ensure compliance; this reduces risk as well as costs to your business.
We currently provide security advice on a portfolio of £950,000,000 and 110 properties, so you can be confident that you will receive the right advice and support. During a site visit, our experts check and asses existing security measures and procedures to identify potential weaknesses and solutions that will reduce both the effects and the likelihood of crime. Checks of the risks and vulnerabilities including internal and external checks are carried out observing routes, entry points and likely weaknesses. We work with building managers to understand how the buildings are used, identify the type of clients and check the current procedures. Our site visits are always followed up by a detailed report featuring items identified and associated recommendations.
